Palm Luxe Bespoke

THERE IS NO CATALOGUE, ONLY YOUR VISION

Your vision, designed without compromise.

A Palm Luxe Bespoke elevator begins where standard specifications end. This is not merely an upgrade of a standard elevator. This is a completely different engagement and one that is centered around the design, style, and goals of your home.

The process is collaborative and thoughtfully considered, from the initial conversation. Your elevator isn’t built as an afterthought, but as a part of your home. The dimensions, materials, finishes, lighting, and structure are examined as a whole to achieve a sense of belonging in the architecture.

When building an extraordinary home, every detail is crucial. With a bespoke Palm Luxe elevator, architects, builders, and homeowners are able to break out of the confines of pre-defined choices and create an elevator experience that is truly their own.

What’s Included in a Bespoke Engagement

Dedicated Project Architect

From the start, your project is given special treatment in the architectural field. Palm Luxe collaborates closely with the rest of the design and construction team to grasp the purpose of the home and put that vision into practice with an elevator.

Fully Custom Dimensions

The elevator can be designed to fit the needs of the home, such as the size of the cab and how it fits into the home’s structure. The elevator is not designed to fit into a specific format, but is built as part of the building.

Unrestricted Material Selection

Materiality is an experience. The interior of the cab can also feature unique finishes like natural stone, onyx, aged bronze, and custom millwork, mirroring the overall aesthetic of the home.

Smart-Home Integrated Lighting

The lighting can be designed as a part of the architecture, and smart-home features are added to the whole. The goal is not just to light up a space, but to make it feel like it’s meant to be.

White-Glove Installation & Dedicated Service

The installation is treated with the same consideration as the design process. Palm Luxe offers white-glove installation and dedicated service that is designed to help the elevator throughout its lifespan.

How a Bespoke Project Begins

Architectural Drawings

Each project starts with the architect/builder’s sketches. These are the basis for understanding the residence, available space, structural requirements, and overall design intent.

Collaborative Design

Palm Luxe collaborates with the project team to create the elevator based on the architecture. The proportions, materials, finishes, lighting, and interior detail of the cab are all viewed as part of the bigger design.

Engineering & Structural Review

After the design direction is determined, the project enters the engineering and structural review phase. Each element is evaluated to make sure that the custom concept can be successfully incorporated into the home.

Installation & Commissioning

Once the design and engineering requirements have been determined, the elevator goes through the installation, testing, and commissioning phases. Every stage is managed in conjunction with the project needs so the completed elevator functions as planned and appears perfectly in harmony with the residence.

Who We Work With

Palm Luxe Bespoke is created for projects where standard solutions are not enough.

We work with:

  • Luxury custom home builders
  • Award-winning architects
  • Estate developers
  • Sensitive homeowners looking for a no-compromise solution

These are projects in which the elevator is supposed to play a role in the architecture, rather than just being a part of it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Usually, custom entails modifying a set of products or specifications. Bespoke starts with none of those restrictions. The design, size, material, and integration into architecture are designed specifically for the project.

Yes. Bespoke projects are created in collaboration with the architects, builders, and other professionals involved in the house, with the design and engineering aspects being taken care of as a component of the bigger project.

Palm Luxe does not have a minimum project size listed here. If the scope, the architectural requirements, and the level of customization are different, bespoke engagements are treated individually.

A variety of architectural materials and finishes can be used in bespoke projects, from stone to onyx, aged bronze to custom millwork. The materials are designed in conjunction with the overall design of the project.

A More Private Way to Build

Bespoke work is intentionally limited. Every engagement is given attention at the architectural, engineering, and service level that is beyond the scope of a regular production process.

When the elevator is as important as the staircase, stonework, lighting, or millwork, our experts at Palm Luxe Elevators start with a conversation, not a catalog.
